Included in the site is an interactive players page. Here you can see the diverse range and shape of the individuals who strive for perfection (and accolades from their peers in the bar afterwards) in their chosen arena. There will also be a photo section of these grotesque human beings for your viewing pleasure(sic)-this is also currently being developed. Also included, for humour reasons, is an archive of past match reports, players match ratings, drinking stories and a log of the general abuse meted out between the geniuses that ply their trade at the Stadium of Light in Townhead.
The photo page is active at the moment so please have a look. Also being considered is a detailed description of the splendid five-a-side arena in which we show off our silky skills. This may have to wait as I have yet to check the libel laws before I post that particular gem...
So thats a quick breakdown of what you will find here so have
a look around and, unlike us, dont take it too seriously. Finally all
that remains to be said is a big thank you to Stella Artois, without
which I would never have got utterly pissed and volunteered to be a part of this
nonsense, thanks a friggin' bunch Stella!!

Chris has mentioned to me that most people (he knows) think

This is not true, I only write the funny stuff! Chris is the aurthor in chief of the majority of material and like most "artiste's" need his fragile ego massaged.

I would also like to take the opportunity to appologise for the pop up consoles that you will encounter on this site, what can I say? There are some draw backs to free web space.

Townhead fives would like to welcome back Richard "Steg" Lee back to the fold. Richard has been absent for many a (blue) moon but is back to shuffle, kick, bite, stab and malky his way back into all our affections. Watch this space for details of Richards growing list of victims.
I am sure most of you are aware that nothing has been added to the site for a long time. There is areason for that. sheer idleness on my part. When I can be bothered I will post the back log of match reports, stories and more photo's.

NEWS FLASH!Just to say that the lads have recently conquered the mighty Goat Fell on Arran and had a great day/night. The triumphant climbers were Iain C, Fraser, Chris, Ronnie, Leon, Leons mate, Andy and David (Andys bro).
