This page is dedicated to those players who once graced the hallowed plastic turf at Townhead but who are, alas, no longer either in the position, country or shape to relive past glories.

The links on this page will take you to a profile of the payers who have stuck in our collective minds, whether it be for outrageous talent, visionary passing or just down right lack of talent and ability or sometimes both in the same game!!!

Over the years players have come and gone (mostly gone) but some remain entrenched in the history of the Townhead-fives. This is the page to name and shame these individuals and expose them to their friends and colleagues. Most of the players (with the odd exception) were in the classic mould of the majority of dedicated 5-a-side professionals:

They could talk a good game but when it came to the crunch there were either dreadful, shocking, piss poor or so nightmarishly bad that you never had the heart to tell them and thus their downwardly spiraling footballing ability was foisted on the unsuspecting public for a overly prolonged period of time.
